 I coach because I love to teach and use the game of volleyball to serve as a platform to help my athletes develop skills that will serve them both on the court and in life. I create a positive environment that is encouraging, challenging, and process driven with short and long-term goals that are achievable. I strive to have my athletes stay connected to the program as proud alumnae.
