From his very first head coaching job back in 1995 for Sunwest Volleybal Club, follow Coach Murczek's journey that has lead him to Klamath Falls, Oregon and currently serving as the Head Women's Volleyball Coach at Oregon Institute of Technology. 

As an AAU All-American in high school and growing up in Chicago, Coach Murczek developed his game enough to eventually play indoor volleyball professionally in both Europe and Asia. He currently holds a AAA rating on the beach.

With holding a Bachelors degree, teaching credential, two Masters degrees, and Doctorate in Kinesiology, Coach Murczek believes that knowledge is power and is always looking for new opportunities to continue learning both in person and .
